Cecil Dahlia Tuber

Cecil is a favorite with designers, his blooms have long stems that show off their striking display of mixed coral, peach, and apricot hues. Everything you want in a cutting variety.  His color is a smoky raspberry. Super productive with wonderful stems for cutting. Cecil is a 4 ft plant, and has 3-4 inch blooms.
