This dahlia produces striking blooms on a tall plant. It tends to be slower to bloom but a stunning flower. A definite stand out in any flower garden! Tartan has stripes of deep burgundy and white and is striking at any distance and her 5’ stature and 8” blooms are equally impressive! She doesn't make many tubers, hence she is hard to find!
